Experienced Language Educators
We are seeking skilled and qualified language teachers to join our core faculty.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- ProficiencyNative or C2-level proficiency in your teaching language.
We teach advanced professionals and require a high standard of fluency. - ExperienceA proven trackrecord of teaching experience, supported by relevant qualifications
(e.g., language teaching degree, TEFL/TESOL certification, or equivalent). - Certification (English)For English teachers, a valid ELT permit or clear eligibility to obtain one is required.
- SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- PedagogyA genuine passion for pedagogy and skill in designing dynamic, student-centered lesson plans.
- AdaptabilityThe ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced educational setting.

Teacher Training Programme
Our Teacher Training Programme is a dedicated pathway for aspiring educators.
If you have strong language skills but no formal teaching experience, this programme
provides the comprehensive training, mentorship, and support needed to develop
into a confident and effective language teacher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- ProficiencyHigh-level proficiency (Native or near-native) in the target language,
with a strong grasp of its grammar and phonetics. - EducationA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
A focus in languages, linguistics, or education is highly advantageous. - CommunicationExcellent skills in both your target language and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- MotivationA demonstrable passion for education and a strong commitment to student progress.
- MindsetA growth mindset, with adaptability in a dynamic environment and a constructive response to feedback.
- AdaptabilityThe ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced educational setting.
